How to Watch Hollyoaks: 7am on Channel 4 Streaming, 7pm on E4, Monday to Wednesday — Plus the Omnibus

| Day | Date | Channel 4 streaming | E4 | Episode |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | 14 Sep | 7am | 7pm | 6770 |
| Tuesday | 15 Sep | 7am | 7pm | 6771 |
| Wednesday | 16 Sep | 7am | 7pm | 6772 |
The gist: Hollyoaks has three new episodes a week, Monday to Wednesday. Each one is listed on Channel 4's streaming service at 7am and on E4 at 7pm. Thursday to Sunday there's nothing new.

What time is Hollyoaks on E4?
7pm to 7.30pm, Monday to Wednesday. TV Guide UK lists episodes 6770, 6771 and 6772 on E4 at 7pm on 14, 15 and 16 September, each marked as new.
One honest caveat. Channel 4's own Hollyoaks page gives the day an episode arrives but doesn't print a time, so the 7am and 7pm times here come from listings (TVmaze and TV Guide UK), which agree with each other.
E4 also repeats recent episodes early in the morning. On Monday 14 September, for example, TV Guide UK has the 8 and 9 September episodes at 6am and 6.30am.
When does Hollyoaks come out on Channel 4 streaming?
First thing on the day. TVmaze lists each new episode on Channel 4's streaming service at 07:00, and by breakfast on Monday 14 September Channel 4's page was already pointing ahead to Tuesday's, meaning Monday's was out.
That streaming-first approach isn't new. Channel 4 moved Hollyoaks to three new episodes a week in 2024 and has billed the service as the place to watch it first ever since.
Is there a Hollyoaks omnibus?
Yes. Channel 4's streaming service has a Hollyoaks Omnibus collection, including a signed version, which rolls the week's episodes into one.
We haven't been able to confirm a fixed TV slot for the omnibus this week in a source we trust, so we're not printing one. If you want it, the streaming collection is the reliable route, and it's the easiest way to catch three episodes in one sitting at the weekend.
Can I watch Hollyoaks on YouTube?
You can watch full episodes on the official channel, but not new ones. We compared upload dates with air dates and the gap is large.
On 10 September the channel posted the full episode from Wednesday 2 September, eight days after it first streamed. On 11 September it posted an omnibus covering 29 June to 1 July, around ten weeks behind.
So YouTube suits catching up on old storylines, or introducing a friend to the village, not keeping up with this week's. For that, it's Channel 4 at 7am or E4 at 7pm.

What's happening in Hollyoaks this week?
Spoilers ahead. Channel 4's synopsis for Monday says Jonah pushes his manipulation further by enforcing a lockdown, and the police are handed evidence about Ste's disappearance.
Channel 4 hadn't published Tuesday's or Wednesday's synopsis when we checked, so we're not guessing. The rest of the week across all four soaps is in this week's soaps. More on the show lives on our Hollyoaks page.
Planning a Hollyoaks week
Think of it as a Monday-to-Wednesday show with a four-day gap, which makes it the lightest of the four soaps to keep up with. New episodes land on the first three weekdays, so Thursday to Sunday is catch-up time.
| Days | What's new | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Mon–Wed morning | Episode streams | Channel 4, 7am (listings) |
| Mon–Wed evening | Same episode on TV | E4, 7pm |
| Thu–Sun | Nothing new | Omnibus and catch-up on Channel 4 |
TV Guide UK lists subtitles and audio description for each E4 showing this week. Schedule changes, if any, go on our updates page.
Who's in Hollyoaks at the moment?
Channel 4's programme page leads with five long-serving names: Nick Pickard as Tony Hutchinson, Jennifer Metcalfe as Mercedes McQueen, Anna Passey as Sienna Blake, Kieron Richardson as Ste Hay and Ashley Taylor Dawson as Darren Osborne.
Ste is at the centre of this week's story, with the police receiving evidence about his disappearance on Monday. If you've drifted away from the show, that's a reasonable place to pick it back up, and the YouTube channel's recent uploads have been covering the start of the search.
What's on after Hollyoaks?
If you're doing the full evening, EastEnders starts at 7.30pm on BBC One, then Emmerdale at 8pm and Coronation Street at 8.30pm on ITV1. Our EastEnders guide and Corrie and Emmerdale guide cover each one; tonight's soaps puts them in order.
